As the founder of Faybian Penn Consulting (FPC), she leverages over a decade of experience in program development, instructional design, and strategic planning to deliver tailored solutions for businesses, educational institutions, and nonprofit organizations.

Faybian’s expertise spans diverse fields, including STEM education, workforce development, and business growth. Her notable achievements include leading a hybrid agriculture program that equipped students with agritech skills, facilitating graduate-level courses for engineering management students, and managing Department of Labor-approved apprenticeship programs.

A lifelong learner and dedicated professional, Faybian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, a Master’s degree in Education, and multiple certifications in STEM education and facilitation. She is also a proud 5th-generation farmer and a TEDxSTL Ambassador, blending her unique background to inspire and empower others.
